![]() I do value Mind Mapping for collaborative brainstorming but try to get the conclusions into a more useful linear format as quickly as possible. And I could accomplish most of the same things with other tools. I don't currently use a Gantt or Mind Map tool because I found them more trouble to keep updated than they were worth for me. I use Last Pass for secure things like passwords and codes Evernote for a notes database (including sermon illustrations and journaling) Google Drive for docs, scans, writing drafts, preaching and teaching outlines, etc and GQueues for tasks and projects. I currently use Last Pass, Evernote, Google Drive, and GQueues for that purpose. It is billed as a way to organize your life. Not sure if I will use it much yet but a lot of productivity people seem to really like it. It can also make moving data within large lists easier, as you can open a new column and cut and paste between columns, rather than scrolling up and down or collapsing. WorkFlowy Is a Nifty Project Organization Online App WorkFlowy MultiFlow adds a multi-column view to WorkFlowy, which enables you to maintain an overview of, or relationship between, several WorkFlowy documents at once. ![]() With Workflowy you simply drag and drop the files where you want them to show up. Logseq seems to ably support Zettelkasten in my workflow while also giving me Not an option for. The ability to easily add relevant files inline saves you the trouble of having to first upload the files to a third party service like dropbox or google drive, create links, edit permissions and finally add those links. It looks different at different times of life and times of the year. Logseq Vs NotionGitlab, Dropbox, Google Drive, WebDAV, etc. When finished, export documents to Google Drive or import your Google Address Book and share the document with your contacts.
